大阪府堺市の商業施設「サンピア光明池」内にあるテイクアウト専門のベーカリーショップ。
店主は「日本一元気な保険屋さん」を理念に掲げる保険屋さんで、元気の源を地域に届けたいという強い想いから
「毎日朝から焼く食べたら元気になるパン屋さん！！」を創りたいとご依頼頂きました。
そんな店主はサーフィンやサザンオールスターズの「なぎさホテル」が好きとのこと...
店主は、お客様に元気を届るためには自分が好きで元気の源をもらえる場にすることだ！！と考え
「なぎさベーカリー」と名付けられました。
そこで店舗の空間は、店主の元気の源を空間の構成要素として再構築し
新たな魅力として付加価値を空間に反映することにしました。
空間構成は、外部に面する人通りの多い路面店であったため、お客様を店内に誘う大型什器を売り場の中央に配置。
既存で再利用する什器であったため空間の構成要素である「渚」や「海の家」の要素をラインが強調されるデザインやカラーで再利用しました。
また、アイキャッチとして主力商材であるバケットをサーフボードショップの陳列方法やバケットの製作仮定の様を
新たな陳列の魅せ方として再構築、海の家の屋根などに使用する波形スレートにサーフボードの様に立てかける陳列方法をご提案しました。
店内については、天井に8色のブルーのルーバーを計画。陳列部分とそれ以外の部分を異素材で分けることでより商品に視線を誘うことを目的に配置。
色やピッチについては、構成要素である「なぎさホテル」のメロディをカタチにするためサビ部分の拍子を間隔、音階を色で表現させて頂きました。
この場所から店主の元気の源が地域の方だけでなく、日本全体に届けられたらなと思いを込めてデザインさせて頂きました。

This is a take-out bakery located in the commercial facility "Sunpia Komyoike" in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.
The owner is an insurance agent who has a philosophy of "Japan's most energetic insurance agent," and with a strong desire to deliver a source of energy to the local community, he asked us to create a bakery that bakes bread every morning and gives you energy when you eat it!!
The owner likes surfing and Southern All Stars' "Nagisa Hotel"...
The owner thought that the way to deliver energy to customers was to create a place that he likes and that gives him energy!! So he named it "Nagisa Bakery."
The store space was reconstructed based on the owner's source of energy as a spatial component, and it was decided to reflect added value as a new attraction in the space.
As the store was a busy street-front store facing the outside, a large fixture was placed in the center of the sales floor to invite customers inside.
As the fixtures were existing and were reused, the elements of the space, such as "beach" and "beach hut", were reused with designs and colors that emphasized the lines.

In addition, to catch the eye, we reconstructed the way surfboard shops display their main product, buckets, and the hypothetical way buckets are made as a new way of displaying them, proposing a display method in which they are leaned up like surfboards against corrugated slate, which is used for the roofs of beach huts.

For the interior of the store, we planned to have eight blue louvers on the ceiling. By separating the display area from the rest of the store with different materials, we aimed to draw the eye more to the products.

In terms of color and pitch, we expressed the beat of the chorus part with intervals and the scale with colors to give form to the melody of "Nagisa Hotel", which is a component of the space.

We designed this place with the hope that the source of the store owner's energy would be delivered not only to the local people, but to the whole of Japan.

大阪市内の裏なんばと呼ばれる場所で「スタンド38」「ウラスタンド38」を経営している飲食店が、新たに3店舗目として出店する立食スタイルの飲食店。
クライアントの迫氏からは、ともに飲食店を営んできた同級生メンバーと、今までにない新しいスタイルの飲食店を裏なんばで創りたいとご依頼頂きました。
そんな思いから、店名はオーナーの名前(SAYA)と新たに店長となる同級生(AYAMI)の名前をとり「SAYAMI STYLE」となりました。
また、新しいスタイルのお店を創りたいということで、提供する料理は既存にとらわれず、様々な良いものを取り入れ、SAYAMIスタイルとして提供したいという思いもありました。
そこで、店舗の内装についても既存にとらわれず、様々な良いものを空間に取り組むことを意識しながら、SAYAMIという2人の思いを空間に落とし込めないかと想いデザインさせて頂きました。
　空間構成としては、人通りの多い路面店ということで、お客様を店内に誘う装置としてさまざまな料理が綺麗に並ぶガラスショーケースを提案。古くからある「おばんざい」や眺めるだけでも楽しくなるケーキ屋のスタイルをSAYAMIスタイルとして再構築しました。
また、お客様がショーケースを見てみたいという思いを減らさないよう、屋外と屋内の天井や床を連続させ境界を曖昧にすることでよりショーケースに誘いしやすいよう計画。
店内については、アーチ型の天井をくぐっていくと厨房を囲いながらコの字型のカウンターを配置。
天井高さ1.9mのアーチ部分から1m高くなるカウンター周りは7.8坪という小さなお店ではあるが、天井の高低差で視覚的に広く感じられる空間となっている。
色彩計画はオーナーには赤色、店長には黄色のテーマカラーがあり、SAYAMIという名前の想いら、2つの色が互いに包まれるような配置としました。
　コの字型カウンターの中心にいる店主とその周りにいるお客様、また対面のお客様通しが楽しく会話をしたり食事ができる居心地の良い場所になってくれるだろう。

This is a buffet-style restaurant that has opened as its third location from the restaurant that operates ``Stand 38'' and ``Ura Stand 38'' in a place called Ura-Namba in Osaka City.
Our client, Mr. Sako, asked us to create a new style of restaurant in Ura-Namba with a group of classmates who had run a restaurant together.
With this in mind, we named the store ``SAYAMI STYLE'' after the name of the owner (SAYA) and the name of our classmate (AYAMI), who will become the new store manager.
Also, since we wanted to create a new style of restaurant, we wanted to incorporate a variety of good food and offer it in the SAYAMI style, without being bound by existing dishes.
Therefore, when designing the interior of the store, we were conscious of incorporating various good things into the space, without being bound by existing conventions, and thought that we could incorporate the thoughts of the two SAYAMIs into the space.

スチールを特殊塗装で錆びさせたサイン。正面の扉も同様に錆びさせているのでとても空間に溶け込んでくれました。

広島県東広島の伝統的な住宅形式である赤瓦と白壁の木造住宅のリノベーション計画。
全体計画は2棟の住宅の修繕及び和室部分の断熱改修としてご依頼頂きました。
本計画のメインである和室の改修については断熱効果を上げることと共に
クライアントが自宅でお茶をたてられる空間を希望されていたため、既存の空間を活かしながらも茶室としての要素を取り入れた空間を目指した。
そこで既存の板貼りの底目地天井を茶室の室礼を守りながらも、大胆に形状を変え、縁側へと連続する形状とすることで新たな違う空間を提供し
さらには既存よりも広がりを感じられる空間となった。
開放的な空間へと変貌を遂げてはいるが、外部の引き違い窓については、特注の木製ペアサッシとすることで、
全体意匠をまとめてくれながらも居心地のよい場所となっている。
今後、ここでお茶を楽しむ方が集う憩いの場所になってくれるだろう。

A renovation plan for a wooden house with red tiles and white walls, which is a traditional housing style in Higashihiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture.

The overall project was requested to repair two houses and insulate the Japanese-style rooms.

The client wanted a space where they could make tea at home, so we aimed to create a space that incorporated elements of a tea room while making use of the existing space.

Therefore, while preserving the etiquette of the tea room, we boldly changed the shape of the existing plank ceiling with a bottom joint and created a shape that continues to the verandah, creating a new and different space.

Furthermore, the space now feels larger than the existing one.

Although the space has been transformed into an open space, the exterior sliding windows have been replaced with custom-made wooden pair sashes.

It is a comfortable place that brings together the overall design.

In the future, it will become a relaxing place where people can gather to enjoy tea.

大阪の千日前にあるスタンド酒場。
コンセプトは「大人の駄菓子屋」。
ドブ漬されたビールや総菜ケース、大量陳列された酒のボトルは駄菓子の陳列された姿を再構築した姿である。空間構成は単一素材でまとめ、店主の存在とゴングが空間を引き締めている。入口の天井を極端に低くすることで奥側の高天井を強調し3坪の空間を視覚的に広く見せている。カウンターも矮小空間に幅広なカウンターを設置することで1人あたりの占有面積が広く感じられる。
看板は酒の河を流れる金髪の店主がイメージ。 暖簾は無地の布ですが、中外単一素材の壁面をパキッと分けることで店内の非日常感を強調させてくれます。

The concept is "adult sweets shop".

Beer pickled in water, a side dish case, and a large number of sake bottles are a reconstruction of the display of cheap sweets. The space is composed of a single material, and the presence of the owner and the gong tighten the space. By making the ceiling at the entrance extremely low, the high ceiling in the back is emphasized, making the 3 tsubo space visually wider. By installing a wide counter in a small space, you can feel that the area occupied by each person is large.

The signboard is an image of a blond shop owner flowing in a river of sake.The noren is a plain cloth, but by separating the walls of the singlematerial from the inside and outside, it emphasizes the extraordinary feeling inside the store.

大阪市大正区の尻無川の川沿いに建てられたTUGBOAT TAISHO内フードコートの一角にあるクラフトビールのお店。内装の素材は単一的としながらも、壁面はOSB合板のテスクチャーによって表情に変化をもたらしている。また、アイキャッチとなるビールの注ぎ口に合わせ、サインや造作物はスチールなどで統一させている。

A craft beer shop located in one corner of the food court inside TUGBOAT TAISHO, which was built along the Shirinashi River in Taisho Ward, Osaka City. While the interior is made of a single material, the texture of the OSB plywood on the walls brings about a variety of expressions. In addition, the signs and fixtures are all made of steel to match the eye-catching beer spout.

グルメが集まる北浜にカウンター8席のみの矮小な飲食店。イタリアの美術家ブルーノ・ムナーリの作品である子ども用家具のABITACOLOから空間構成を抽出。カウンターを中心とし天井から壁、カウンターを同一仕上げで構成。ABITACOLOの意味であるコックピットからイメージを着想。また好みや子どもの成長に応じて自由に生活スペースをつくり出すことができる家具の思想を、今後の店舗改装計画の考え方とし、成長に応じテラスやワインセラーを計画する事とした。クライアントと時間をかけながら完成していくお店。

A dwarf restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter on Kitahama where gourmets gather. The spatial composition is extracted from ABITACOLO, a furniture for children, which is the work of Italian artist Bruno Munari. The counter is the center, and the ceiling, walls, and counter are made with the same finish. Inspired by the cockpit, which means ABITA COLO. In addition, the idea of furniture that allows children to freely create living spaces according to their tastes and the growth of their children was adopted as the concept of future store renovation plans, and terraces and wine cellars were planned according to their growth. A shop that will be completed over time with clients.
